The HydroFLOW s38 is the solution for hard limescale deposits in your rural home or cottage on well or lake water and in commercial applications. More powerful than the domestic small home version, the Hydroflow s38 is designed to tackle the hardest water locations and protect commercial heating systems, as well as appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines, and to make limescale-stained taps, sinks and surfaces easier to clean.
Unlike a water softener, the Hydroflow s38 does not chemically alter the water or remove minerals. Instead, it applies an electric field so that scale forms in suspension in the water, rather than as a hard encrustation on heating elements and pipe surfaces.

Hydroflow units are guaranteed for a period of one year from date of purchase. If the red light does not glow and the water conditioner has not been physically broken through misuse, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
The Hydroflow units should be returned direct to the HydroFlow Canada with proof of purchase; any unauthorized attempt to repair the unit will invalidate this guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
WARRANTY - MONEY BACK OFFER
The warranty period with respect to fitness for purpose for Hydroflow units is twelve months from date of purchase. If after a period of more than six months after installation but not later than twelve months after installation the end user demonstrates that the Hydroflow units failed to prevent build-up of encrusting scale, the Company will refund to the merchant the cost of the Hydroflow units. The merchant will reimburse the end user. The money back offer applies only where the Hydroflow units has been installed in accordance with the Company’s recommendations. The Company will not accept responsibility for the build-up of encrusting scale on heating and hot water equipment which has not been installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Under no circumstances will the company accept claims arising out of failure of the Hydroflow unit/s, nor will the company accept any liability for consequential damage caused by the effectiveness and efficiency of the Hydroflow unit/s e.g. where there is the possibility of loose scale particles being allowed to enter the system or process unfiltered. An end users rights are restricted to those set out in the guarantee and the money back offer.
The company will not accept responsibility for water leaks that are revealed by the dissolving of scale. The company will not accept responsibility for any problems resulting from the disconnection of the power supply to the Hydroflow unit. The company accepts that certain types of encrusting scale once formed e.g. those with high concentrations of silicates, sulphates and phosphates, will not quickly be dissolved by the Hydroflow unit. In such cases it is recommended that systems containing such encrusting scale should be chemically cleaned. Once cleaned the system should stay clear thereafter.
The Hydroflow unit/s comply fully with EMC Regulations. However, in the presence of a weak or attenuated signal, interference on radio equipment operating on the long wave band may be experienced.
I have had this installed for a few weeks now. Hard to know how well it is working in a short time. The main indicator it is helping our very hard well water is the water dispenser on the refrigerator. It is black and the water dispenser becomes coated in lime. I cleaned it before installing and since then have not had any build up on the arm or in the tray. So far very pleased.
Has everyone I was skeptical about this product. It has been only a month in my home and I have noticed significant improvements to my water. The amount of hardness in my water has decreased significantly. The iron taste In my water is non existent, I haven’t had to use any water softener( which use to be 2 bags per month)but my water is not hard and creates a lot of lather in washing dishes and showers. I haven’t cleaned my kettle since I started using the s38 and I use to clean it twice a month because of iron and calcium deposits. I can not say enough about this product, I am completely impressed and would recommend to anyone that has problems with hardness and iron deposits anywhere in the house. Also I must say that the Canadian sales representatives that I dealt with are quick to respond with any questions or concerns that you might have and very knowledgeable about their product.
Was installed about a month ago and is working great. Hard water marks are not seen on shower doors and more soap lather. Have not tried washing my black car yet.
Installation was straight forward and very simple.
Seems to be working, still a bit more build up on the
Fixtures than what I would like. Some one mentioned that you should have one before the hot water heater and I after the hot water heater.

We have had this installed about a week and we noticed a difference a couple of days after installing. Hair is softer, my skin isn't as dry, water feels different. Our water was terrible for years I wish I had bought this sooner. Highly recommend.
I am very pleased with this product I have a limited water supply and I can't use a conventional softener. After almost a year and not seing any results, our first HydroFlow product was replaced by the company, assuming the old one to be defective. I am now pretty impressed! We have a ceramic water fountain for the cats which became encrusted with hard water marks and no amount of scrubbing or citric acid removed it. After only 3 weeks after replacing the Hydroflow , the hard water marks just seemed to melt away with mild rubbing and it now looks almost brand new, and the white water marks have not returned! We hope to see continued improvement in other aspects over the next little while! Great customer service!
